'YOUR CHOICE'   Anti-abuse  + Anti-discrimination

Step out from the Shadows

The Truth is out there
but it Hurts

Truth or Consequences - we prefer to believe what we are told; what it is convenient for us to know.
This is Life of some kind,
but not as we know it

A kind of life, I suppose, responsive to other's prejudices and pressures.

Persistent Bullying, Physical Assaults, Harassment, Mind Games, Put Downs, Threats, Intimidation, Neglect, Indignity, and other distressing behaviours.
THESE ARE ALL FORMS OF ABUSE. They have always been there and are on the increase once more, driven by poor examples of Political, Business & Institutional Practice & Media Entertainment.

This renewed destructive trend returned in the 1980's and a generation of Adults are are re-infected with attitudes of seeking and maintaining Personal Rights without Personal and Social Responsibility.

Psychological & Emotional Abuse causes the worst, most pernicious, long term damage, which is often treated with prejudice, abuse & neglect (Because of social & professional ignorance). It is in the nature of our society to blame the 'victim', rather than take responsibility for the negative effects of selfish, abusive & bullying behaviours.

People Make People Sick in this way. Human Rights have now been established to end this inherent, institutionalised behaviour. That is why they have been made 'Law', HERE in the West, as much as China, Africa, Russia, or Mars (when we get there). In fact, some of the worst, deliberate, pernicious abuses & neglect are in the West (UK especially).

Nice comfortable People, in secure jobs, with good incomes and credit cards; HD TV; Computers; cans of larger in the fridge; a few bottles of wine laid down; secure Pensions; reducing, or No Mortgage; and standing orders for WHO, or Red Cross; have done their bit. They need a break from the duties and responsibilities of 'organising' other peoples lives.

Us incompetent 'Abused' people need to get off our Butts and do our bit. Stand up for ourselves, with renewed confidence, knowing that our culture is now suffering the consequences of its own demise. Resist the cries of 'You are to sensitive', 'Get real', 'Don't exaggerate', 'You are Pathetic', 'Your are Mad, Paranoid and a Conspiracy Theorist'.

Help us Stop the Rot and learn how to stand against Abuses and Pernicious Prejudices of all kinds, with a Smile and Renewed Confidence. Learn to Counter and Spotlight Intimidation, Bullying and Abuse of 'Any' kind, from anywhere, by anyone, oA Small Group; towards yourself, or towards others.

You will need Courage; there are many who will defend the indefensible, in protecting their own selfish interests and ignorance, even in protecting their artificial, insecure, institutionally prejudiced and crumbling institutions and moral frameworks.

These abusive features are present in relationships, at work, in our dealing with all institutions and in life in general. They are there in Parental Relationships; 'Loving' Partnerships; Police Forces; GP's Practices; Health Care Teams; Social Work & Social Care Teams, Clergy of all denominations, Armed Forces, Employment Relationships, On the Streets and in every kind of Organisation, even the Courts and the United Nations.

If you ever found yourself loosing confidence, becoming less effective than previously, started to feel depressed, over-anxious, hypersensitive, a bit paranoid, isolated, insecure and increasingly physically ill, without apparent causes (and eventually with serious physical ill health):
Someone, somewhere, sometime along, has been abusing you and others have been neglecting to recognise or take adequate action (possibly, understandably, including yourself).

Although you will see very few reference to other formal writings in this document, I acknowledge general recognition to the discussions and debates that I have had with students, practitioners and clients over the years. Most of the ideas and theory has evolved through this rather pragmatic process (operational research), rather than any formal reading.

If any content of this document describes concepts, theory, or ideas that have been established else where, (prior to my writing, either here or else where - in part or in full), I acknowledge their entitlement to claim them as their intellectual property for financial purposes, if they can evidence this. I also reserve the right to retain them as my intellectual property, with due recognition to those who have made direct contributions, including other writers, should I identify such a past influences.

Other than this, I invite you to share and copy any content, to the benefit of intellectual debate and the benefit of individuals and groups, without restriction, other than it be used for constructive purpose, in the wider context of my writing.

Should you wish to use any material presented here 'as is', I ask that you then make reference to myself and the web site. The 'Reading Date' would be a useful 'publishing date' for the Current Edition. 1980 is the core publishing date for most of the basic ideas and theory (unless stated otherwise).

This 'Reading Date' may be an important part of this 'reference', as the document (by its 'internet fluid' nature) will be constantly changing and this may affect meaning and interpretation, for those following up on such a reference at a later date.

Thank you for your cooperation.
